M.F.A. - Visual Communication and Design

The MFA in Visual Communication and Design at JSU is a terminal degree that allows students to concentrate in one specific discipline under the umbrella of Visual Communication Design (for example, web design or illustration) OR to complete individually crafted interdisciplinary programs of study also under the umbrella of Visual Communication Design.

BACHELOR OF ARTS MAJOR: DRAMA – PRODUCTION CONCENTRATION

Our department offers training and opportunity for performers, designers, and technicians. Drama majors can choose concentrations in either Performance or Production within a very strong liberal arts degree. Along with classes in a variety of areas, we produce 4-5 main stage shows a year and several student productions, which provide students with many chances to show off their talent and hard work onstage.

BS in Accounting

Students pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in finance or a Bachelor of Science in accounting often take similar introductory courses. At the upper levels, however, the two programs diverge. The finance major curriculum includes study of monetary resources and profitability analysis.
